Review content:
As a frequent diner at Logan's, I must say I was so disappointed in my last dining experience that I won't eat there ever again. Stefano (our waiter) asked if we knew what we wanted to drink yet. I said, ""No, I'm not sure what I want yet."" He replied with, ""So you want nothing to drink?"" I said, ""I do want something, but I don't know yet."" He was short, never smiled, and made us feel like we were bothering him by taking a moment. We literally just sat down. Then, My husband ordered the potroast sandwich ($12) ,and I ordered the potroast entree ($18). Both were so fatty that it was inedible. We were asked how our meal was going and I let one of the heads of staff know that it was really fatty. He said that he would take care of the bill for us. I always feel bad complaining about food, but the older I get, the more I realize how much quality and service matters. That same gentlemen came back and said he would take care of one of the items as he cleared my husband's plate. Stefano came back and said that they took the sandwich off due to the meat being so fatty. Since both were inedible, both should have been subtracted. I mean, if you're going to take back your original offer to correct things, at least take the most expensive item off the bill. He should have had more confidence in knowing that if he took care of us...all would be right with the world, and we would be back to spend more money there in the future. You take care of us and we take care of you! See how that works? Oh well! Another one bites the dust!
