Review content:
I would never recommend this company. We hired them to refinish our deck and they did a terrible job. The first step of their process is to remove the old finish. Well, they were not very thorough at removing it all. Then, they didn't even bother to sand and just applied the new sealer. So, the final result is very blotchy looking and there are a LOT of areas that didn't even get good coverage. When we called to complain, they put out a service order to the head guy, Angel, and we are STILL waiting for them to come out and fix it. It has been 2 weeks and counting. When we called to find out why they haven't been out yet, they keep telling us we are in the rotation. My question is ""Why are we not a priority?"" Enough said....
