Deck Bright

\r We had deckbrite out to do our deck this past year and the experience was very poor. Honestly as a DIY homeowner I could have done a better job. They also used high pressure on the deck to clean it and now there's splinters and slivers in some places where there were not previously. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for deck cleaning and sealing. The product they put down doesn't last any longer than the store bought stuff for that matter either. Pros: dont really have any Cons: poor service and the end product was less than acceptable more

If you do your research of local companies, this one come HIGHLY recommended among homeowners and builders alike! We used this company originally in 2005 and every year ever since. We will never even get another quote!! They do book up quickly so call EARLY (like feb/march). We did call in a service call in 2008 and they were very professional and timely! We were wrapped up start to finish in 2 weeks ... AWESOME!! I cannot say enough good things about this company! If you ask them they will also give a list of references (which we are on) and also a list of decks in your area that you can take a look at. Stop your search for a great company here!! more

I would never recommend this company. We hired them to refinish our deck and they did a terrible job. The first step of their process is to remove the old finish. Well, they were not very thorough at removing it all. Then, they didn't even bother to sand and just applied the new sealer. So, the final result is very blotchy looking and there are a LOT of areas that didn't even get good coverage. When we called to complain, they put out a service order to the head guy, Angel, and we are STILL waiting for them to come out and fix it. It has been 2 weeks and counting. When we called to find out why they haven't been out yet, they keep telling us we are in the rotation. My question is ""Why are we not a priority?"" Enough said.... more
