I like going there because I don't feel bad about being a large person. Most people there don't have the perfect little 16yr old body. I like that my children are in the child care that has many activities for them to do including a climbing wall, video games, and an indoor playground. They beg for me to go which makes it hard for me to be a couch potato. If you want to get fit and feel good while doing it I suggest The Rush. The only thing that I would like to see change are the rates for a trainer. I would like to see it as part of the whole package just like at the YMCA. Pros: Feel comfortable there Cons: personal trainers are VERY expensive
