Transparency is really important when dealing with clients and The Rush Chattanooga really lives by that. A year ago when I signed the contract, every teeny weeny detail was explained to me. Of course, I was very keen on scrutinizing every nook and cranny of it. Never did I regret doing business with them.
I've got a wonderful fitness coach who guided me through my weight loss program. He was very supportive and patient unlike the trainers from other gyms that I've enrolled in.
Their 24/7 service is an advantage because I really have a busy schedule and I can fit my workout session in my everyday itinerary. When I learned about their Kid's program, without hesitation, I enrolled my seven-year-old in their program and she's having a great time. My trip to gym turned out to be wonderful bonding time for me and kid.
Pros: great service, wonderful trainers, open 24/7
