Rude, threatening, are all the right word to discribe this collection agency.The same women calls me a bare faced lies to me that ,Ionly have to pay them and the bill is $700.00 So, I called the hospital and the two ER bills are been redused to $300.00 and they tell me to pay them and there collection agency,west asset managment. So when she call put again I say leave me alone see next coommet tooI'm Paying the bill to the hosptial, She says you can you have to pay us only,the bill was for the hospital.So I hang up.Another time she calls she says oh ,you know there are 3 bills you have to Pay the hosptial ,the Dr. and the ER. what,do you take me for a fool.I'm not a stupid Person,I have a Masters in religion.I say you full of it don't call here a again,hang up the phone .she call back 4and 5 times in a row.I'm being harassed!and my Phone nummber is a no call number ,because it a business line.I want It to stop. I'm paying the bill and she threating me with a lawsuit. bit me I rent have no assets and am on unempolyment.I hope when she dies and see her life,she cries for years, for how she has treated hard working persons ,who are not lieing to her,and are paying there bill. her shistering ways will catch up to her. You can't steal money from people,If they are paying the bill,they aren't stupid or won't be scared in to paying it 3 and 4 time. I hope they go get bent.
