Her name is Sharee or Cherie or something like that (sounds like Shu Ree, not sure how it's spelled). She is the most condescending, rude, and uneducated person I've dealt with as far as bill collectors. Not once have I had the opportunity to speak with her in person, yet the messages she leaves become more and more hostile and shrill every time. She doesn't even know if she has the right number, given the fact my voicemail only states my number, not my name, and yet she threatens, harasses and makes ""below the belt"" remarks on every message I've received. I would love to speak with someone there that could actually explain to me what I owe and to whom, instead of this woman who can only say things like ""I don't know what the problem is with you getting back to me!"" when in fact she DOES NOT know since she has never spoken with me or is even aware of my current circumstances! I am fed up with the harassing and threatening messages from her and am calling tomorrow to let them know all of this and that I would love to work with ANY (well, except Jeremiah I guess) person other than her on this situation.
