I was hesitate to call Norman's after reading the reviews as well but I have a contract and was referred to them.
The tech called me the night before and told me the time he was coming which worked into my schedule as well. He arrived at the time we scheduled. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and fixed my tv with no complaints. Thank you Norman's for sending your tech Corey Smith to my house. I recommend you give Norman's a try.
