After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before
viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal
in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content

but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

We do not recommend Diane Van Ness at all. \r
Diane triple-charges her guardian ad litem fees amongst the ex-wife, ex-husband, and the attorney. If you dare question her, she begins filing a series of false, incriminatory reports about you. \r
If you continue to not meet her financial demands, she cuts off all contact between parent and child. \r
If you alert her as to her ethics, she goes to court (always as non-evidentiary) and under oath files a falsified status report. She allows no witnesses or evidence. \r
Thus far, Diane has eluded sanctions/disbarrment. She nurtures ""friendships"" with the judges by donating and fundraising toward their campaigns. This, even though she has no law practice. Thus, she maintains complete control of her above actions. Fortunately, the legal community is beginning to be all too aware of Diane's manipulative lifestyle. We ask that you choose any other professional but Diane.
