1. Very pushy way of getting you to spend money on procedures that you don't need urgently. I really needed a root canal, however they decided that what I needed right then instead was a deep cleaning???\r
2. Very expensive quote on root canal due to needing to bring in specialist. Not done in house. \r
3. I specifically declined any financing assistance. Never signed any application form or was told I was applying for a loan.\r
4. 2 weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from Chase with a new health care loan account for $12K. \r
5. I called Chase for details and they said the application was submitted by this practice (by Erica). This is a non-permissible access to credit and is an FCRA violation.\r
6. I cancelled account and explained to them it was opened without my consent.\r
7. Reached out to Advant dental for an explanation and correction of this issue.\r
8. It has been over 3 months and many emails trying to get them to do anything about it.\r

Surprised this place is still in business... I was dumb enough to walk in, I hope others research it online (here, and all other sites I will post in).
