STAY AWAY!\r \r 1. Very pushy way of getting you to spend money on procedures that you don't need urgently. I really needed a root canal, however they decided that what I needed right then instead was a deep cleaning???\r 2. Very expensive quote on root canal due to needing to bring in specialist. Not done in house. \r 3. I specifically declined any financing assistance. Never signed any application form or was told I was applying for a loan.\r 4. 2 weeks later, I received a letter in the mail from Chase with a new health care loan account for $12K. \r 5. I called Chase for details and they said the application was submitted by this practice (by Erica). This is a non-permissible access to credit and is an FCRA violation.\r 6. I cancelled account and explained to them it was opened without my consent.\r 7. Reached out to Advant dental for an explanation and correction of this issue.\r 8. It has been over 3 months and many emails trying to get them to do anything about it.\r \r Surprised this place is still in business... I was dumb enough to walk in, I hope others research it online (here, and all other sites I will post in). more

I just went to Advant Dental being terrified of dental work. Dr. Safavi and her staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Safavi showed me pictures of my teeth and explained everything so I could understand the work that needed to be done. She was very gentle and caring. I will recommend this office to all my friends and family members. I also loved the hygienist and the time she took to clean my teeth! more

Brought my daughter in for emergency gum and dental work. After being told that I would have to pay all charges up front (in spite of having dental insurance) they would not perform any work until my credit card was charged. Then 30 days later I receive another bill for additional charges which I was told I paid in advance. I have been told by other Dental offices that Advant has a reputation for over charging and doing unnecessary dental work. I will NEVER go back to this dentist again! more

I came to Advant Dental after experiencing some less than perfect customer service at my previous dentist. I was warmly welcomed and the entire staff was very nice. I never felt like their work was rushed. They took their time to make sure my work was well done and that I had understanding of all the procedures that I was going under.\r \r One of my teeth had a filling that fell out and left a very significant hole in the tooth... There was some concern on whether or not it could be saved or not. Thankfully they worked their magic and saved the tooth without even requiring a crown. Not only that, they were able to work me in for a state of the art DEEP cleaning procedure - all in the same day, even though I never mentioned it prior to my arrival.\r \r This really is as good as it gets, and after bad experiences with different dentists, I'm glad to call Advant Dental my new home. more

It used to be that part of me would be hiding from going to the dentist. I mean, who REALLY likes getting their teeth scraped clean or cavities filled? Not me. Luckily, I was recommended Advant Dental by a friend and can now say that, while I still despise the dentist chair, I actually don't run and hide anymore. The staff here (especially Erica, the office manager who's perfect teeth I envy) are so lovely and polite. Dr. Safavi is as gentle as they come and really made an effort to ensure that I was comfortable. I used to have a knot in my stomach when thinking about the dentist. Advant Dental has made that knot come loose. I highly recommend. more

My family of 5 has been seeing Dr. Safavi for years, and we have had nothing but good experiences! She is very kind, thorough, and professional. Her staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have most always been satisfied with a service, but if there was a problem, it was fixed immediately and without further cost. I never felt pressured to have additional services performed. Dr. Safavi always took a ""let's wait and see what develops"" approach. And, many times the office staff have dealt with our insurance company to make sure services were covered/paid for, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Safavi and her office to others, and I have repeatedly done so. And, none of my referrals have been unhappy with their treatment or visit. Give Advant Dental a try! more
