Review content:
The manager berates and humiliates his employees in front of customers, and then turns around in the same breath and sentence, and smiles and acts ""nice"" to the customer. Each time I go there this is happening the entire time. It only makes the manager look bad, like he has no confidence in himself or the choices he makes, and so he takes it out on his workers. \r \r For example, he snaps on one server who's always out there taking orders. You will see this and also the embarrassment and weariness in the server's eyes. It's not pretty. \r \r Others customers see it too. On two different occasions some customers at the next table and I looked at each other feeling disgust for the manager's ugly behavior. \r \r This manager is a raging micromanaging maniac psychopath. I really feel for the workers there, and will not go back. \r \r I am afraid that otherwise good workers might be filled with so much rage and powerlessness that out of fear of talking to the boss they might take out their frustrations on the customer sometimes (i.e. alter the food if you know what I mean) because the manager treats them so horribly. good people turned bad you know. It's not a good situation. Watch out. \r \r Stop humiliating your employees in public and you will get more business, homie. Pros: nice staff Cons: bad manager, uncomfortable atmosphere because of it
