I had a receipt from the Willow Lawn store dated back about 4 years. I took it to the \r
Short Pump store today and was treated like royalty even though I told them I was using the receipt. The customer service was some of the best I have had and they even gift boxed one of my three items. (I wore the other two out.)\r
