I bought a friend a gift there for Christmas 2007 and the owner told me the box was ""coded"" so if my friend wanted to exchange the fgift, the ""code"" would serve as her receipt. She did not like the earrrings so I went back to exhange and the ""code"" on the bottom of the box was for $47.00 when I paid $53.00. I found the same pair of earrrings in the store showing a price of $53.00 so I did get my store credit ..... but what a scam. If my friend had carreid the box with the ""code"" on it she would have gotten only $47.00 worth of merchandise when I paid $53.00 plus tax. Or was the sales clerk telling me this and pocketing the money herself from the owner. Buyer beware. I have to use the store credit as they don't give refunds but I will never shop in that store again and am telling everyone I know of the scam they are pulling on peoplel.
