I just wanted to say that this first post is all lies! I have been with this gym since it opened and this never happened. I mean Lizzy did go to the gym but we have never had 5 back to back floor rutines and anytime that any of our girls are injured our coach is the first person to tell us to sit down, rest, ice or take a day off. There have been days where our coach has told me to stop because she was afraid that i would get injured if i continued. She would never have us continue if she could see or if we had told her we were in pain. ANd our coach has not slept with the gym dads or gotten drunk aroumd us. This gym is not only a gym but a family ( open to the whole community) and coach is like our mom. She would never put us in harms way in any way. The coach at cascade all starts gymnastics is one of the most caring and intelligent people i have ever met. If you are thinking of joining a gym in bend oregon go to Cascade all stars gymnastics and start working on not only wishing on stars but catching them:)
