First off... we've been here a few times over the years, and i don't think they ever served ""ahi"" tuna burgers. That being said, my mother-in-law lives in Encino, so we take the kids to The Stand when we go see her. They are nice to the kids and seem to understand that they are messy when they eat, as opposed to a few other brow-beating eateries in town. The food is great, especially the berkeley burger. They have kid's prices too, which makes it a little easier on the wallet. Definitely try the draft cream soda. It's like dessert in a cup. We were going to go to the new one in Century City, but it isn't opening up for weekends until later in July. Look forward to trying it.
Pros: Great outdoor seating
Cons: Can get very busy on Saturdays
