I am a long long time customer, evey time when I was there, Sandra always treated me nice, I don't know why recently when I visited, I was told that Sandra is her on sick leave and uncertain when she will be back. Since Sandra was not there, this lady, i believe she is new, the tall curely hair and now she is taken over the facial position, I forgot her name. I don't know what is wrong with her, I don't know if she trained by Sandra or someone else, her attitude is very bad, no manner. I believe someone needs to train her again what is customer service and how to treat the customer nicely. I do love the products, I think I will go Beverly Hills office for now until Sandra comes back.
