I have been a customer of Obagi Clinic for several years, I feel like the reviews posted here must be from competitors. I have had a lot of facials with Cherry, she is nice and my experiences with her have never been anything but wonderful, and I've had many treatments at the dermatologist's as well. I've been going to Cherry now for about 2 years. I first started going after I broke out from Lancome. I ended up with cystic acne and scarring that wasn't going away with prescription treatments. I started the Obagi products and initially saw her every 4 weeks for about 3 months and my skin cleared up! I always get compliments after my treatments with her. I recommend her to all my friends. more

love the product, dislike the attitude 6/21/2011

I am a long long time customer, evey time when I was there, Sandra always treated me nice, I don't know why recently when I visited, I was told that Sandra is her on sick leave and uncertain when she will be back. Since Sandra was not there, this lady, i believe she is new, the tall curely hair and now she is taken over the facial position, I forgot her name. I don't know what is wrong with her, I don't know if she trained by Sandra or someone else, her attitude is very bad, no manner. I believe someone needs to train her again what is customer service and how to treat the customer nicely. I do love the products, I think I will go Beverly Hills office for now until Sandra comes back. more

I have to agree with one of the reviewer here. I used to love this place when sandra was here. Sandra would always take care of me everytime I'd come here.... Now, she's gone, the employees would treat you like s$%T!! They don't care about you!! Especially the new receptionist that has the mole on the face!!! She cares more about herself than helping Sandra's clients...!!! I will not come back here anymore!! i hate that girl!!! more

sadly to say that this place is not the same without sandra. the new receptionist is very rude and doesn't know how to take care of their clients. she honestly cares more about how she looks and always checking herself out in the mirror... really??? i hope sandra sees you!! i don't think i would ever come back here again nor refer any of my friends... i would not recommend this place. i suggest you take your money to obagi beverly hills. more

Scam Product! 10/12/2010

Scam Product - Patient BEWARE The lotions and skincare products are merely lotions in bottles with fancy labels. After the initial products did not make any improvements, the clinic convinced me to buy a different kinds which made no difference at all. Only thing that changed was they took $300+ out of my pocket. They say satisfaction-guaranteed but they don't follow that promise. more

Very Knowledgeable and Caring Experience 4/10/2010

I came to Sandra b/c I had been to so many dermatologists that had left me feeling hopeless. I was referred to her by chance and it has given me my life back. I have rosacea and I have noticed far greater improvement in two weeks with Sandra's treatment than I had noticed in months with other doctors. I love the Obagi products, they are good, worth the money, and besides, cost just as much as other treatments I had been given. She is very smart and knows skin very well. She gives great detail instruction and is very open to any questions. The office staff are very friendly and always open to answer questions too. I highly recommend her for anyone who is serious about treating skin conditions in the best possible way. Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and caring Cons: Long drive more

TRANSFORMATION 3/18/2010

I used to be so ugly till Sandra Obagi changed my life. I had acne breakouts all over my face, big pores, uneven skin tone, tough skin texture...a combination of many problems. After a consultation with sandra, I started following her program by using clenziderm + nuderm...within just 2 weeks, my face COMPLETELY changed, she can't even recognize me anymore when I visit the office again. Great products 11/14/2009

I love the Oclipse Sunscreen+Primer. It is expensive, but its like getting 3 products in one...sunscreen and primer plus a little extra coverage. It goes on very smooth and works great under makeup or on its own. I also love the Offects exfoliating polish. Again, it is expensive, but its the best exfoliating polish I've tried (and I've tried a lot). It is gentle but still does a good job keeping my pores clean. more

I had an acne facial at Obagy. Acne scar has been my problems for years. After just once facial, I saw improvement on my skin tone. Very satisfied and happy with the result. Give a try on the Oclipse suncreen spf 30... it's the best face sunblock I've ever used. Pros: it works more

I use the olluminate eye cream from ZO skin health Obagi and it is really good. It makes my eyes look fresh, no puffy and more elasticity. The Healthy Skin Protection SPF 35 is good for me and the price is also affordable. Try to use Obagi and you will get a better skin... Pros: the best skin care more

Everyone is very helpful. If you have any questions just call and they will help you over the phone. Also when you go in for your progress checks you will have great feed back. Obagi really works! 9/17/2009

I use to be very skeptical about beauty products. I thought the high priced items were expensive because of the money companies spent on advertising, but after seeing two of my friends get great results from using Obagi products, I had to try it for myself. I've been using it since April 2009 and I can see the results and I love what I'm seeing. It REALLY is expensive, but I think if you want to see IMMEDIATE results, you have nothing to lose. Great Facial product 9/17/2009

I was refered to Obagi to treat my acne and of course my scars that came with it. I spoke with Sandra and she set me up on a really great regimen with Nu-derm and I must say this product has improved the complexion of my face. The product will dry out your acne while at the same time slowly start to erase the scars that the acne has left behind. My recommendation is please don't waste your time or money with other products like I have in the past, let Obagi be your first choice in skin care. Pros: Clearer Skin within weeks Cons: Expect dryness but this means its working more

My main concern was scarring from acne. A friend suggested using the te pads to prevent breakouts and gently remove scars. TE pads really do control acne and are affordable. Sandra and her staff at the san gabriel location recently recommended using the nu-derm line. Since I ran out of my usual face wash/toner/moisturizer I decided to give it a try expecting not much more than regular face cleansing products. But I was pleasantly surprised. My face was brighter in just a few days! Almost all my acne scars have disappeared and I've only been using it for 3 weeks. I am excited about this line of products and am confident my skin will be flawless within the next month. more
