I am very satisfied with the clinic, staff, and products and highly recommend all. Sandra is very knowledgeable about Obagi products and helpful in addressing questions and providing useful information about new products and/or routines. My most recent facials have been with Christy and she is a wonderful addition to the clinic. She too is very knowledgeable about skin care and her facials are relaxing and very effective. While parking can be an issue on some days, access is just a few minutes from the 10 freeway and the clinic is easy to reach. Tthe only real downside of the clinic itself is that there are no restroom facitlies for customers. As one of the customers who drives quite a ways to reach the clinic, it would be helpful to have these facilities available. Overall, I am very satisfied with the clinic and the staff. The clinic is well-run, organized and clean, and the staff are customer-friendly. I have been using Obagi products for nearly 3 years and have been very satisfied with the results and all the products. While cost for Obagi products may seem high, its a worthwhile investment in the health of my skin.\r
