I've lived here for 9 years and love it. Taylor is a very no non-sense kind of manager and the only problem I see she has are tenants who don't want to follow the rules. Taylor takes care of business and I know that I along with many other tenants hate to see her treated this way.
She makes sure the grounds are always kept clean, that work orders are taken care of promptly. She adresses all isues without partiality.
Once when I was short on cash taylor bought my family groceries and said ""don't ever go hungry again"" WOW!!
Taylor is a GREAT manager, she really cares about the people who live on all of her properties. Don't be fooled by tenants who don't want to follow the rules.
