Hampton Heights Apartments

I've lived here for 9 years and love it. Taylor is a very no non-sense kind of manager and the only problem I see she has are tenants who don't want to follow the rules. Taylor takes care of business and I know that I along with many other tenants hate to see her treated this way. She makes sure the grounds are always kept clean, that work orders are taken care of promptly. She adresses all isues without partiality. Once when I was short on cash taylor bought my family groceries and said ""don't ever go hungry again"" WOW!! Taylor is a GREAT manager, she really cares about the people who live on all of her properties. Don't be fooled by tenants who don't want to follow the rules. more

My boyfriend and I lived here with his 3 year old son and our dog! It was great at first til we realized that there was a leak in the bathroom and then mold! It took maintenance ONE YEAR to fix it and even then it wasn't all the way done! Thats just the start of it we had a rodent problem that Taylor did nothing about for a month and a half til one of my neightbors called her then she had someone come out! My dog and boyfriend ended up catching a dozen rodents in a 2 weeks period! YUCK! Everything was breaking in my apartment...the dishwasher, the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the closet doors fell off the track all the time, the screen door broke, and my carpet was coming up in 4 different spots cause the guys installing it over heated the glue and it never fixed it! I also got 2 or 3 phone calls from Taylor yelling at me to talk to her about my maintenance problems yet they never got fixed! The management here is HORRIBLE they'll rob you blind! Don't be fooled by Taylor either she was very nice when we first moved in but now she's all about the money! She doesn't care about anything but the money! So she can drive around in her brand new BMW convertable, go shopping, and get her hair and nails done! Other than all that going on I liked living there the view was great and I had wonderful neighbors! Now only if the management would grow up and start managing! I know the above ^^^ people from the apartment building I lived in and let me tell you something! They are horrible, Loud and obnoxious! Other than these aforementioned CRETINS , the Hampton heights is a wonderful place to live! The manager is a total sweetheart! Taylor could not have been more professional or courteous to me and my family and the only reason we moved is because we bought a house in the local area! If not for my current home becoming available I would still be at HH! It really DISGUSTS me when someone tries to slander a wonderful person simply because they were EVICTED due to excessive noise violations .I, for one, could not have been more satisfied with the management of Hampton Heights or the Staff! Don?t allow some disgruntled former residents disillusion you about the property! Make your own decision based on personal experience and not the opinion of someone with the IQ of a peanut! Pros: Great management! Awesome Property! Cons: Some Neighbors are less than worthy more

Hampton Heigts Apartments Manager TAYLOR HONN is no manager, she is a drama queen extraordinair! DONT BE FOOLED BY HER she will rob you blind. She is a drama queen, and will even stoop so low as to have children spy on you, just so she can find out things about you so that she has a way to manipulate you into either leaving, or so she can evict you. Either way she gets a BONUS. She even goes so low as to give you stolen property so she has a way to call the police and have you arrested so she can evict you. Or she will call them for no reason just to stir you up, then put phony notices on your door. Why? So she can ""manage"" her way into either evicting you, or have you move... In which case... Cha Ching! PAY TAYLOR HONN a BONUS! I was a witness to more tore up families, all because Taylor Honn was involved with them at some point. And watched them all get evicted. But the other employees at Hampton Heights are AMAZING!!! \r JUST NOT TAYLOR HONN ""MANAGER""\r This person has no business being a manager, she gets too personal for her own greedy nature, and uses it against families that want to start a new life. Pros: Nice area. Cons: Manager is a criminal the way she does business. She gets personal. more
