A very bad experience! The response was fast, but the unit didn't rent for several months. The unit was never cleaned as promised (fee refunded after a while). They let me get out of the service, but once I wasn't a client anymore, it took them more than 3 months to give a refund for things they offered to refund. After sending tons of email messages, I finally had to threaten them with suing my attorney and got very unpleasant responses from the manager, Tom Niehaus - Very unprofessional with former clients. Thus, 1 star. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! And yes, it was a total nightmare!
