I wish I had found these reviews online BEFORE i signed my lease with these people.
They are in general not nice or courteous to their tenants but that is minor if they would fulfill their obligations to their tenants. However, they forever to answer simple questions, they never give definate answers, they make it seem like they will perform repairs upon request and lead you to believe they will maintain the property in good shape or atleast keep it inhabitable but they do not want to invest any money into improvements or repairs. (Example - locks, closets, TERRIBLE plumbing, heating/cooling - basic necessities that you would think can be taken care of).
PLEASE save yourself the head ache of renting from these people, I wish someone had warned me before I moved in. - they have no ethics, no conscience and no heart they just want your money.
