Honestly. Imagine that you have a property manager. Then suppose that this property manager most likely has an amphetamine addiction and a vile temper. Add a slight case of multiple personality disorder and holy s***, its Maurice! I am laughing now because I no longer have to deal with this lunatic, but IF YOU ARE THINKING OF RENTING FROM HIM, HONESTLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PLEASE RECONSIDER. HE WILL MAKE 12 MONTHS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!
Cons: I was spied on, lied to, verbally abused, his contract is a legal death trap, and his secretary is ridiculously rude! If you are young, they will try to take advantage of you!
