Review content:
I'd have to say my experience with Maurice Guillot Properties (Property Management) is similar to all the other review on here. They enter without any notice whatsoever whenever they want. You shouldn't even expect to get your security deposit back. You will be charged for things that were there when you moved in. They will make up rules as to what you can and cannot do with the apartment (even though your lease does not say you cannot do these things) in an attempt to say that you are in violation of your lease so that they can either throw you out or take your entire security deposit. They can be nice while you are living there (not always, but once in a while), but expect the troubles to really begin once your lease is up and you are moving out. The lease form that they have is pretty draconian. There's just no integrity in their dealings. \r \r In my opinion, it's just not worth it to come home from a hard day's work and have to deal with a crazy landlord. I'd recommend you look elsewhere for housing or get absolutely everything in writing. And I mean EVERYTHING because if there is a way they can screw you out of your apartment or money, they will try it. I'm just glad I was able to get out without having my stuff thrown out on the streets. Also, I'd hate to say this, but for what it's worth, I'm not white.
