My experience with MGPM has not been as bad as some of the reviews above. The staff at the office have always been friendly and answered my concerns promptly. I have often suspected that my apartment has been entered however. Once I came home to find large oily hand prints on the outside of my refrigerator door as if some one had been inside it. Now that it is time for me to move, I have been informed that even if I find another renter to take over my lease; the management company will keep my deposit and I will also be required to pay the rent through until the end of the lease. Unfortunately, I was unable to give a 0 star rating as this management company deserves. I cannot recommend that anyone rent from this company.
