Review content:
I really like the windows they have a good quality to them. They are made a big difference in the noise from the street and they seem to keep the house and a better constant temperature. Although we haven't had but one warm day here in Portland so far this year.\r
My sales rep was kind of a rookie and didn't know how to answer all my questions but the install guy went over those issues with me when they measured the windows. \r
The installers didn't smoke while on my project and that made me happy. The neighbors came by after the job was done to look at the windows and they were happy that Josh and Brandon (the installers) didn't curse because they had kids playing in the yard.\r
Overall it was a good thing.
Pros: Windows are cool
Cons: They took four weeks to build and install; I don't know if this is normal
