Review content:
We used Comfort Wizards through our home warrenty company and it was a disaster. It took over SIX weeks for them to finally fix our air conditioner. It took them a week to come look at the system, over 15 days to order a part, another week to install the part, another week to come back after the system broke the next day, and another week to order the second part and install. I am fairly confident that it only took them the last week with the second part because our realtor was on the phone with corporate and there was pressure. Otherwise I firmly believe I'd still be here sweating.
I'm sure not all of this was Comfort Wizards inability to take care of thier customers in a timely fashion, as I'm sure AHS had a part in all of this too, but they were certainly NOT communicative or apologetic. I don't believe we got one apology for suffering for six weeks.
The men who came out to fix the unit were extremely nice and competent.... BUT I think they are just overloaded, so CW -as a company- can't handle all the work that is coming to them. It was a nightmare experience.
