I stopped by this place because I heard they had great reubans, and yes, that they did. But first I had to jump through some hoops to get what I came for. It took forever to even get seated on a weekday lunch, and then when I was the server never came until I asked for them about 15 minutes later, and then the drinks (a soda and a coffee) took about another 10 minutes, and then I got to order. I ordered a ""New Yorker"" which tasted great, kudos to the cooks, and the cooks only. We ordered dessert of course, which would have been great except our server brought us the wrong thing, how can you get a Tiramisu mixed up with a Cheesecake? Anyways, so we asked to speak to a supervisor about the whole experiance. So the server said ""let me go grab Chelsea"" who came out to speak to us, she looked about 15 years old, and didnt know how to treat us as guests AT ALL. WE CANNOT BELIVE HOW SHE ACTED TO US. She infuriated my husband and I, she didnt seem to care enough except to nod her head, and pretend she cared, and then saying, ""if you dont like our service then dont come back"". And THATS IT. WHAT?!? I dont know who put this child in charge of a large restaurant, but I never have seen anything like it. We left and we are sure not to come back. Until the management can secure ADULT ""supervisors"", then maybe we'll chance it.
