Been here twice - one time in Aug 2001 and recently tried again (2004). We decided to give it another try despite our disappointing first time experience. We thought after 3 years, things would've approved. We were quite wrong. The food was average and service was below average. On our recent visit, both the food and service was terrible. The waiters/waitresses are all college kids and have no qualified service experience. When we stated that the steak and mashed potatoes came out cold and inedible, the waitress replied that we're not the first to complain. This is unacceptable considering the restaurant is seriously overpriced. You only pay for the view. Needs major improvement!
