After noticing this well attended sports cafe on Glenwood Ave., it was difficult to resist trying it out for ourselves. We were not disappointed. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive in this laid back and casual restaurant. Our order was promptly taken and received. There are a variety of items on the menu to meet most customers' needs, including vegetarian items. We were pleased to see that the portion sizes here are substantial, even for the sandwiches. Every item was well prepared and delicious.
Be prepared for larger crowds later into the evening and on big game/fight nights. From what I understand, it's one of the only sports bars in the area that features UFC fights and other big ticket items on Pay-per-View.
Groups of singles comprise most of the attendees to Tobacco Rd., which is a nice benefit if you are also single.
