I referred a friend to this salon after getting a haircut there because I thought the prices were good and I liked the cut. My friend decided to get color & highlights. After her appt. she was very upset over her hair. There were bleed spots all over the place and it looked terrible. She went in the next day to get it fixed and the stylist gave her attitude instead of apologizing. Long story short the stylist ended up messing her hair up more. My friend was in tears and just wanted to get her money back and they would not do it. They insisted that she have another stylist work on it. After 3 visits to the salon, she left with brown damaged hair. The salon needs updating badly! There is no ""customer is always right"" service there. They have the attitude that, if you don't like it, don't come back. I won't go there again.
