I chose A to Z Movers because they were listed as No. 1 on the Better Business Bureau website and had an A+ rating. I think they only had one complaint in a reporting period of something like 24 months. After talking with Kimberly, I felt comfortable and confident that I was choosing a reputable, quality company.
My experience with A to Z Movers was excellent. They did a great job, not only in terms of the move but in terms of their communication with me.
We moved when it was snowing and we could not get everything moved the day we had anticipated. Because of their great communication, we were able to work out the scheduling kinks so that they could do the second part of the move a week or so later. They also helped me with pricing for the second move, so that it worked out to my benefit and satisfied me, the customer.
The movers were excellent. They were very caring and they took their time, listening to my requests, such as laying down mats in the new home.
A to Z Movers is a quality company, easy to communicate with and very respectful of the customer. They are willing to work with you.
