Living 900 miles away, I had to choose a moving company that at least sounded like they could deliver the kind of performance I needed. I needed someone dependable, efficient, & courteous, to help me arrange a move for my elderly parents. The moving team they sent was on time, professional, and they went above and beyond for us. They were easy to contact by phone, and their quotes for services before and actually on the day-of-move were within a few dollars of what wed estimated. Worst moving experience ever. First The movers showed up 3 hours after the scheduled window ended. Then the pushed back the move a full day. Once furniture was finally out of my house it took 5 hours for the movers to show with my furniture when the house was only 20 minues away. When they finally showed multiple damages were on my furniture. This was one of the worst moving experiences ever. more

If I could give more than 5 stars in each category I would do it. Courteous, helpful, professional, no hidden costs (as happened on my previous move) - did what they said they would do and more. I would recommend them to everyone. What a terrific company! more

I first contracted A to Z Movers to move me into my office about 15 years ago, which happened to be in the same building they were located in. After another 15 years went by, I decided to use them again because they had done a fine job the first time around. Plus, they still had many of the same people working for them. I gave them a call and we were able to quickly negotiate a fair price, something that would be enough for all the men to get paid well for the job, and we settled on a date. On the day of the move, they were there on time, packed up everything for me, and even did me a favor. I had an old freezer in that office that wasn't going to fit in the new office, but I knew a someone who wanted it. They were able to stop off and unload the freezer for her, and then continue to the new office. They unloaded and on the second day, a man arrived to do all the unpacking, which was part of the contracted job. He worked all day long, unpacking and putting the charts into the racks, with hardly with a break, maybe just long enough for lunch. All is well! Nothing was broken, except for the printer, which I dropped! This is an A++++ company! I really hope they make it in this double dip economy, because I know business is down for everybody and it's tough. But they are great, and I was very pleased to have the work done in such a professional and friendly manner. I will definitely call on them again if I need them and would highly recommend them to anybody! A to Z movers has helped me three times now minimize the stress of moving with their Flat Rates and outstanding service. The first time I moved with what I thought was a "cheaper" mover the Rate skyrocketed as the movers took their time and couldnt even finish the job at which time I called A to Z to come and get the last three pieces in that the other movers insisted " Would'nt fit!". ...Well the guys at A to Z got them in quickly and I have been with them ever since. A to Z was exceptional from start to finish. Dave, in the office, was terrific in setting up the move, and his quote matched the final cost to the penny. The movers, Steve and Allen, showed up on time, were kind, considerate, quick, efficient and careful. Not one thing was damaged or broken. My mom just moved from a house of 40 years. Steve, Lee, and Junior did a wonderful job in all aspects. They were organized and respectful. And they moved fast! A to Z did a great job handling my move. The three movers couldn't have been any more helpful or polite. They did the job faster than I could have expected (while not sacrificing quality of service). The cost of the move was also very reasonable (less than I paid one of their competitors for a less-complex move several years prior). Scheduling was easy via their website, their estimate was prompt and reasonable. All questions and details were resolved quickly via email. They were quick and efficient. They called to let me know they were stuck in traffic. I had been stuck in that same traffic jam. They took care with my furniture.
