I have moved plenty of times and I was surprised at how smooth my experience with A to Z Movers was. I have used them twice now, first to move my whole house, and then again to move a piano, which was an intricate job. Their customer service and communication was excellent, definitely a 5-star rating.
A to Z Movers has fixed, flat-rate prices, and they give you a quote right away when you are on the phone with them, which I appreciated. They were respectful, informative, and very good at explaining everything to me. They did what they said they would and there were no surprises or extra charges. Everything turned out better than I expected because they were so good and quick.
