Review content:
Tony DiTocco is a real novice. In fact, he has just recently begun practicing bankruptcy law. I am a former client of Tony's, and I can absolutely attest to this fact. He may have been around doing something other than bankruptcy, but he he has only begun filing bankruptcy cases in 2011!!!
Mr. DiTocco's ability to practice bankruptcy law is questionable at best. He's utterly disorganized, and his work habits are sloppy. He comes across in his person as polished, but I can assure you that underneath the veneer is one hot mess. From his initial approach, which is more like a used car salesman than an attorney, to the utter confusion he engenders when it pertains to gathering all the necessary data to complete the bankruptcy process, to his then filing the case without the proper paperwork and almost getting my case dismissed, to his then ""cold as ice"" treatment of me after he got me to retain him, and all the way up to the court meeting with the Bankruptcy Trustee, Mr. DiTocco is the quintessential NON-professional!
He may very well have been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989, but I checked his experience out - he filed just 1 bankruptcy case at the very end of 2010 - his FIRST case - and then only began filing cases in February 2011. To date, he has only filed about 30 or 40 cases, or an average of about 4 per month. Doesn't sound like an ""experienced bankruptcy attorney"" to me.
To make matters worse, he's begun a tactical campaign of planting phony reviews of himself all over the internet, telling of what a ""terrific lawyer"" and ""great and lovable guy"" he is.... yeah, right. Either Mr. DiTocco, or someone hired by him, is clearly responsible for this public hoax. These BS accounts of his "immense ability" as a lawyer are pure and unadulterated BS and are completely unreliable. What these fabricated reviews portray is a lawyer which Mr.Tony DiTocco sadly is not.
Heed my advice: If you are going to go through all the trouble and aggravation that filing for bankruptcy brings with it, and then are going to spend hard-earned money to hire a professional to assist you with the handling of it, do yourself a BIG favor - hire another bankruptcy attorney, any other bankruptcy attorney, than Tony DiTocco. In my opinion, the man should be doing something other than practicing bankruptcy law.
BTW, if you're reading this Tony, just because someone is telling it as it is (i.e., the truth) that you're basically incompetent to practice bankruptcy law, it does not mean that they are ""a non-existent person"" or that their review is bogus. I'm more inclined to believe them than you, sir.
