DO NOT use this Lawyer!!! Last year, Anthony DiTocco began a sophisticated campaign, which is when he started the practice of bankruptcy law, of spending significant sums of money on an internet campaign to convince the public that he is an experienced, successful and caring bankruptcy lawyer, which he is NOT!!! Besides lying about his credentials and experience, he plants fake reviews for himself on ratings websites, and then tries to mislead the public about those TRUE accounts of his calculated scheme by stating all those true accounts are not true and that he is being ""cyber-attacked by some competitor."" This is all pure BULL!! The real truth is that Anthony DiTocco is simply a con artist who figured that it'd be a great idea to make a quick buck on the poor people here in by making himself out as some big-time bankruptcy lawyer with offices all over South Florida. This is bullcrap. And the reviews that he says are ""fake"" are really telling it as it is about him, which he cannot tolerate. For example, all those ""offices"" are really nothing more than executive suite locations where he rents a virtual office as-needed, which in his case is when he actually succeeds in suckering some poor unsuspecting soul into making an appointment. Tony, why not for once display some professional integrity and admit the truth already: you really did start practicing bankruptcy just last year, and you really don't know a thing about any sort of bankruptcy other than basic Chapter 7. You've NEVER filed a Chapter 11 nor a Chapter 13 case in your life!! And what's worst is lying to members of the public by planting fake and misleading reviews about yourself. BEWARE!! This lawyer uses a company called Positive Marketing to post phony reviews for himself and his law firm on the internet. The company basically posts fake positive reviews for its clients on many internet ratings sites like this one, to increase their clients business. My girlfirend works for PM and has confirmed that this lawyer is one of their clients. I learned of this when i myself was looking on the internet for a bankruptcy lawyer and found this lawyer. I ws a little curious seeing all the good reviews for this lawyer (especially over a relatively short period), when basically none of the other lawyers had any reviews, or maybe only one or two. She told me that this lawyer has been a client of PM for over a year now. So just watch out. The good reviews here are either all or mostly all fake. Good luck to you all. more

Filing for bankruptcy was an emotional rollercoaster. Of everything entailing the entire process, his ability to stay in touch and communicate any issue or question I had, was highly impressive. His information was always spot-on, and he was virtually available any time of the day – that made all the difference. Tony and his associates made an already difficult time much more bearable. more

OMG!!! This guy is the WORST!!! First off, he barely has a clue what he's doing. He's a novice!! Saying he's ""wet behind the ears"" is an understatement. The only thing he's apparently good at is posting phony reviews for himself on the internet. I hired this clown for a chapter 7, and it took him FOREVER to get my case filed. ANd guess what, when he DID finally file it, he failed to file all the necessary paperwork. After getting a Notice from the bankruptcy Court that they were about to dismiss my whole case, and me trying to track this fly-by-night down, only then did he do what I hired him to do. And poorly, VERY poorly, I might add. I will leave it at that. This guy has got to be sanctioned by the Bar or something, he really shouldn't be out there passing himself off as something that he's not. more

I dont know what this guy is talking about.... He's the biggest piece of crap lawyer around! I wasted over $1000 on this a-hole, until I just had enough of his incompetence and lies and had to hire another lawyer for my BK. Trust me on this one, all thoise good reviews for this jerk haver got to be fake, just like the only probable real one says! He lost all my papers, still didnt file my BK for 10 months, and then refused to talk to me when I demanded all my money back! He's got his secratary cover for him, and all his lies. Allow me to begin first by stating that I AM an actual client, or I should say I WAS an actual client of Tony Ditocco's. So there should not be any confusion, or any ""untruths"" in what I am about to say here. \r \r I hired DiTocco, like probably most of those whose hired him, after finding him advertising on the internet, in one of those pay per click ads. Anyway, about me: I am a rather successful salesman, working for one of the large chain furniture stores here in South Florida. My yearly income is consistently over the $100,000 level. However, like a lot of people, I found myself drowning in massive debt that I simply could not dig myself out of. So reluctantly, I realized that it was about time to consult with a bankruptcy attorney. \r \r So I came to see Tony. He told me about all his credentials, so I decided to hire him. To make a long story short, he filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me back in April, even though I make a very high income, and everything that I had read told me that I probably wouldn't qualify for Chapter 7, because of the Means Test. Tony assured me not to worry, that he was an ""expert"" in doing these Means Tests, and if anyone could get me into a Chapter 7, it was him. So I listened, and we filed for it. \r \r Well, guess what... almost immediately after filing my case, Tony contacts me and tells me that the Office of the United States Trustee is looking into my case as a potential ""abusive filing"". That's right, they claimed that I made too much to be in a Chapter 7, and that my Means Test had some ""errors"" in it that needed to be addressed. Yep, the same Means Test that Tony assured me he was ""expert"" in. The Spanish Inquisition had to have gone smoother than my case was going! And Tony, well he mostly just fumbled around with the papers in my file when I confronted him at his office, feebly trying to explain why he filed my case as a Chapter 7 when it should obviously have been filed as a Chapter 13 case. He just didn't know... this ""expert"" couldn't explain why. \r \r Well, I know, or I should say, I know NOW why. The fact of the matter is Tony DiTocco had NEVER even FILED a Chapter 13 case before!!! He didn't even know what it involved! So, because of his lack of experience, or lack of knowledge, or BOTH, my case was about to be dismissed by the Bankruptcy Trustees Office!!! \r \r As only pure luck would have it, I found myself a real bankruptcy attorney, one who actually knows what he's doing, and he had to quickly convert my case to a Chapter 13, or it was about to be thrown out and dismissed with prejudice!! My new lawyer got my case through without a hitch, but he and everyone I have talked to since has told me that DiTocco had no business filing my case as Chapter 7, because it had absolutely no chance of success. What a kick in the you know what!! \r \r So after reading all this garbage about what an ""experienced"" bankruptcy attorney DiTocco is, and how ""successful"" he has been, I just had to come back here and post THE TRUTH!!! And the ACTUAL TRUTH, and Tony, from an ACTUAL CLIENT, is that Tony DiTocco doesn't have a damn clue how to REALLY practice bankruptcy, and that he is making a living using sites like this to post false and misleading reviews of himself and his abilities. If you ask me, there should be some way of preventing a guy like Tony DiTocco from misleading and duping the public about what he can do for them. \r \r I have since verified the fact that Tony DiTocco had never filed a Chapter 13 case before, and as of this posting, he still has never filed a Chapter 13 case!! He's sticking with the simple Chapter 7's. I guess that's a good thing.... at least for the unsuspecting public. more
