These guys took three months to clean up after a tree fell in the backyard with a tree(rot) on verge of falling down in the backyard.
Also they try to assess late fees on the premise that they did not receive the rent. Happened twice to me. No I do an auto bill pay from bank. Better yet ask them send a receipt back
Cons: Disorganized, late response to emergencies, late fee scams
