Texas Real Estate Commission Disciplinary Action 12/2/2009

I hired Amber Michelle Brown (Broker) along with Bel Air Realty Group (Corporation Broker) – aka Eleaseproperties – and Jonathan Jason Brown (Salesperson) to manage my property for more than a year and a half. Watchout 8/11/2009

These guys took three months to clean up after a tree fell in the backyard with a tree(rot) on verge of falling down in the backyard. Also they try to assess late fees on the premise that they did not receive the rent. Happened twice to me. No I do an auto bill pay from bank. Better yet ask them send a receipt back Cons: Disorganized, late response to emergencies, late fee scams more
