Took my '04 Accord in today because the backlight on my radio didn't work and my headliner had detached at the rear window. They quoted me over $500 to replace the headliner ( I just bought a can of headliner adhesive for $12.)\r

They quoted me over $400 for a transistor panel for the radio- I didn't authorize it. \r
\r
When I went to pick up the car - they had it up on the lift with the wheels off- wanted to replace the suspensions ( I will take it to my mechanic for that) - I never authorized the inspection, but they charged me $115 for the labor to do it. SO...I had no authorized work done, and it cost me $115!\r

Bought my car there new- will never buy anything from them again
