Absolutely exceptional 2/5/2014

Robert made our experience absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we really wanted. Robert also went out of his way, drove us home so my brother could sign the papers. He has multiple sclerosis and it makes it difficult to stay out for long periods of time. His manager was absolutely exceptional as well. No matter where we live we will always return here. There's no other place I would go to buy or lease my cars. more

Strongly recommended 1/29/2014

My wife and I hate going to dealers for used cars for obvious reasons. After two weeks of searching for a used SUV with private sellers and dealers from Miami to WPB, we ended up making a purchase at Rick Case Honda thru Salim Libos. Best car purchasing experience we've ever had. They were quite reasonable, professional, polite and bent over backwards to gain our business. The vehicle was very well serviced unlike all of the other dealers. We strongly recommend them and if you go there, ask for Salim, great salesman and person. I rarely ever write reviews. more
