WE HIRED THIS CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM IN OUR HOME. WE CHANGED OUR COMPLETE SYSTEM IN THE FALL OF LAST YEAR. WHEN WE WENT TO TURN THE A/C ON IN THE LATE SPRING, IT KEPT FREEZING UP ON US. WE CALLED THIS CONTRACTOR AND HE MADE 5 ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND COULDN'T. AFTER THE FIFTH TRIP HE REFUSED TO CALL US BACK. WE WERE STILL UNDER OUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND HAVE THEM REPAIR THE SYSTEM. THE OTHER CONTRACTOR FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND REPAIRED THE SYSTEM AT A COST OF OVER $400.00. WE FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO THE INCOMPETENT INSTALLATION. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS CONTRACTOR TO ALL AGENCIES POSSIBLE AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FILING SUIT. PLEASE BE WEARY, TALK TO OTHERS AND REALLY CHECK OUT THE COMPANY YOU USE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL WE HAD A PROBLEM. I GUESS THAT IS ALWAYS WHEN YOU FIND OUT WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY YOU ARE COMPANY YOU ARE WORKING WITH! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND SERVICE - THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY THAT YOU WANT TO USE IN YOUR HOME.
