This company has worked on both my houses over the past 5 years. Reliable, professional, reasonably priced and very informative. The owner came out and explained to me my options for repair based on the condition of my cooling unit. I have three big dogs and owning some large breed themselves, they were GREAT to work around my dogs. That is huge to me! It got to the point where I could leave him a key and let him in to work on my house when I wasn't there since he is such an experienced dog handler. They are programmed in my phone as the only heating and air professional I would trust! more

I hired this company to replace my air conditioning system in the dead heat of July when it went out. I called the late afternoon that it stopped working and they were out the next morning. Not only did I save $500.00 on the installation the owner went through what was wrong and showed me why the old unit had failed adn I felt like I actually understood a little bit about how heating and air worked other than the thermostat on the wall. They were very clean and neat. I didn't have to clean up anything after they had finished. Efficient, respectful , and spic and span. I highly recommend this company. more

WE HIRED THIS CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM IN OUR HOME. WE CHANGED OUR COMPLETE SYSTEM IN THE FALL OF LAST YEAR. WHEN WE WENT TO TURN THE A/C ON IN THE LATE SPRING, IT KEPT FREEZING UP ON US. WE CALLED THIS CONTRACTOR AND HE MADE 5 ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND COULDN'T. AFTER THE FIFTH TRIP HE REFUSED TO CALL US BACK. WE WERE STILL UNDER OUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AND HAVE THEM REPAIR THE SYSTEM. THE OTHER CONTRACTOR FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND REPAIRED THE SYSTEM AT A COST OF OVER $400.00. WE FOUND OUT THAT THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO THE INCOMPETENT INSTALLATION. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS CONTRACTOR TO ALL AGENCIES POSSIBLE AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FILING SUIT. PLEASE BE WEARY, TALK TO OTHERS AND REALLY CHECK OUT THE COMPANY YOU USE. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL WE HAD A PROBLEM. I GUESS THAT IS ALWAYS WHEN YOU FIND OUT WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY YOU ARE COMPANY YOU ARE WORKING WITH! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND SERVICE - THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY THAT YOU WANT TO USE IN YOUR HOME. more
