Oh yeah!! I just happened to check kenwood's website to look for dealer locations. And guess what? Nick's Stereo was not on the list. You know what that means? Nick's Stereo is not an authorized dealer for Kenwood. That is probably why Saggerrr had such a problem with his head unit.
