Horrible customer service, Horrible all the way around......... more

I paid $3,000.00. The AM radio doesn't work. (I listen to talk radio). I asked for XM, I got Sirius. (XM has baseball, Sirius does not. Nick kept saying, Yes, we have XM. After I paid, I found out that he installed Sirius. So, I can't listen to Cardinals games. After Installation, I asked them to show me how to use the head unit. They said, ""No. Download the manual and read it."" I almost fell over. Then, my Sirius radio stopped working. Oh, after $3,000.00 Nick TOLD ME that I was going to tip his installers. I pulled out a $20.00 and he said, ""Oh, I see who I'm dealing with."" As a 53 year old, multi-millionaire, this is the absolute worst purchase I ever made. After I left Nick's place, I went home and took a shower. What a rip off artist. more

Oh yeah!! I just happened to check kenwood's website to look for dealer locations. And guess what? Nick's Stereo was not on the list. You know what that means? Nick's Stereo is not an authorized dealer for Kenwood. That is probably why Saggerrr had such a problem with his head unit. Pros: nice selection Cons: sketchy owner more

It is the best place to go to in OKC. I went to Best Buy, Ultimate Electronics and they told me to go to Nick's Stereo. They sell brand new equipment and free installation if you buy product from them. A friend of mine had a system installed TEN years ago and it! still sounds GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was reading the B**S** about Nicks Stereo being bad, all you have to do is go to Best Buy or Circuit City even Ultimate Electronics and when they cant handle the custom work ...Nicks is where they send folks. Nicks has been aroubd since the 1990s and you dont survive that long in OKC unless your doing it right. In the negative comment they said the KDC-135 was 2 years old that is a lie this radio was released at the beginning of 2008 and Nicks only sells new equipment see for yourslf or you will be missing out on Oklahomas best kept audiosource Nicks Stereo brings music to your ears!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nicks car stereo shop,located at 3611 n may ave. sells old stereo equipment as new.I bought a car stereo from nick himself in august.he sold me a kenwood kdc135 car stereo/cd player.less than two mos. later nothing works with this system. after contacting kenwoodusa they told me this model has no warrantee and is better than two years old and should have never been sold as a new stereo.\r when I purchased the stereo I asked nick if I need to save the box ,he said no,just come back and he will take care of any problems.
