This restaurant was amazing. Drove 20 minutes from central Denver to get there, and it was worth it! The decor is great, romantic without being overdone, and the service was attentive without being obtrusive. But the food was the main attraction - delicious and inventive. All of the choices looked so good, I couldn't figure out what to order, so I chose the mixed grill of lamb, short ribs, and salmon. It did not disappoint. Each component was done perfectly, with wonderful seasonings and sauces. The next time, we are going to try the molecular gastronomy tasting menu, which looked both unique and tasty. If you live in the north suburbs, you should be a regular. If you have a drive to get there, certainly worth the time and gas! Pros: Food, service, wine list
