Located in the Westin Hotel in Westminster, O's is often overlooked by locals as an available dining option. The dining room is modern & well appointed and features very high ceilings. We started with a two cheese onion soup and a blue cheese wedge salad. The biscotti-shaped parmasagne crouton served with the soup was a nice touch, as was the thick slice of blue cheese that accompanied the salad. Dinner portions were larger than expected. My flat iron steak sweet potato hash was very good as was the medium-rare prime rib served with horseradish mashed potatoes. The wine list has prices and choices to fit everyone's tastes. Service was very accomodating. O's is surprising, especially for a hotel restaurant.
