Review content:
Well, I've been hanging on to going here for 2 years now. The nurse practitioners and therapists are great.
However, the staff is beyond inept. I have put up with it for far too long. In 2 years I have come to expect waiting for at least 30 minutes, sometimes closer to 1 hour... today it was an hour-but this is because the front desk staff put someone in front of me who had an appointment after me. When I inquired about it, the receptionist actually said ""I don't know what happened, I didn't see him"".
I have also experienced issues with not getting return calls and many problems with scheduling. The staff does not even sound professional on the phone.
The Miller St. location's waiting room is also very uncomfortable and it is very difficult to wait patiently in a folding chair with a very small room where you can't help but hear everyone else's business. Today I finally made my decision to go find another office.
