WORST MEDICAL OFFICE IN THE HISTORY OF MAN KIND......DO NOT USE!!!\r \r 1st off the staff is rude, both nurses and doctors do not care. They run an incompetent/inefficient office and who runs this whole thing is Dr Quidar who has the worst office staff in a medical office I've ever seen. She does not care and is only it for the money. Also, Dr. Quidar is too good to ever come out of her office off of her fine leather chair to see after her inept staff who mis schedule appointments, do not return phone calls. Can't answer simple questions without being sarcastic and looking bothered to their job. This starts with Dr Quidar and her inability to care for mentally ill people who she took an oath to take care of. Infact, She does the exact opposite and just chases the insurance money. Another thing, the reception staff is more worried about how their hair and nails look and what they are going to wear on their dates.....They don't want to be bothered by trivial matters like DOING THEIR JOBS......Where are you Dr. Quidar....your head is either up in the clouds or buried in the sand but it Ain't here on Earth....Look at who you hire to represent you.....Deplorable, unprofessional ,and despicable people to look after mentally ill people who are counting on you.\r \r \r SHAME!!!!!!!!!\r \r Best Advice....Do your self a favor.....DON'T GO.....You will be sorry more

Much much better! I have been going to this office for quite a while and it is much better than it used to be. While I admit there have been some rough patches, what office doesn't have it's issues? You should see what goes on at my primary care physician's office (now those are some issues). Still, Tricounty is under new management it appears and many things have changed for the better. The downtown office has been repainted so it has a homier feel and the office staff is not the same as it once was. The wait time has dramatically decreased. I try to keep in mind that the doctor also sees patients at the hospital so there has been an ocassion or two when she's been stuck at the hospital and arrived late, but she is definitely worth the wait. Miss Bette, the nurse practitioner, has sometimes filled in for her on those ocassions and she is a sweetheart. They are really great doctors and the front desk ladies are great. They call me to remind me of my appointments and are always able to get me my refills whenever I call. Lately, I've even been able to email them whenever I'm too busy to give them a call. I would recommend them to anyone.\r \r more

This office is the WORST EVER! The office administration is so freaking rude and NOT helpful EVER. Don't ask them for anything because they won't do it. I need my records and have been asking for months with no help just the run around. The older white lady that checks you in is the only nice person behind the glass. Why would RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and LAZY people work in a psychiatrist office with mentally ill people??? People go there for help not to feel worse. Carol is nice too, she's the nurse practitioner there but everyone else is COMPLETELY USELESS! DO NOT EVER GO THERE unless you want to be more depressed and crappy feeling! more

Front desk and reception staff are HORRIBLE 10/21/2011

Well, I've been hanging on to going here for 2 years now. The nurse practitioners and therapists are great. However, the staff is beyond inept. I have put up with it for far too long. In 2 years I have come to expect waiting for at least 30 minutes, sometimes closer to 1 hour... today it was an hour-but this is because the front desk staff put someone in front of me who had an appointment after me. When I inquired about it, the receptionist actually said ""I don't know what happened, I didn't see him"". I have also experienced issues with not getting return calls and many problems with scheduling. The staff does not even sound professional on the phone. The Miller St. location's waiting room is also very uncomfortable and it is very difficult to wait patiently in a folding chair with a very small room where you can't help but hear everyone else's business. Today I finally made my decision to go find another office. more

UnProfessional Staff 4/12/2011

The Doctors are great.....if you can ever get an appt. to see them. Nobody ever answers the phone and they DO NOT return phone calls back. The machine says they will contact you within a few hours, but it can be a few weeks of you still calling and not getting a response. I think the hired staff needs to be fired and replaced. I sat there one day for my appt and was forgotten by the front desk lady.....I watched the room clear and everyone that came in behind me be seen before me, I asked her what the problem was and she told me they had appts. before me. Well the other patients must have been super late or I was super early and she said ""yeah, thay guy was late and Betty has to see him first""......I must look stupid, because any other Dr. office would tell you to reschedule if you are that late or make you wait and be ""worked in"". I was standing there amazed and confused and then she slide the window shut like I didn't matter. Come to find out, she lied and DID FORGET about me. I only go there because Betty is a wonderful lady, but it becomes all to easy to lose my temper when dealing with unemotional and rude staff member like the ones at Miller Street. Being that this is a psychiatric doctors office you might think they would screen who they hire and make sure you have a staff they has some compassion for the people that seek medical attention at this office. more

I think these workers need to be on meds 9/10/2010

I have been a pat. there for over a year now. I will call to schedule my appts. and noone returns my calls. I have been without my meds for almost 2 weeks now. I have left a message everyday and still no response! I think the office workers are just there to make a paycheck!!!! They could give crapt less about the patients! On the other hand Ms. Betty is a very caring and understanding Dr. I also have waited over an hour after my appt. time to see my Dr. once again its the office staff !! Do not I repeat DO NOT go to the Wilshire Location!! more

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN 7/31/2009

During the years I've been a client with Tri-County, on more than one occasion I've had horrible experiences with the inept staff at both the Miller Street and wilshire Drive locations. The final straw came when I sat at the Wilshire Drive office for an hour and ten minutes AFTER my scheduled time because they forgot about me! \r \r During that time I was sitting there, I also watched them give the run around to this poor woman who had just gotten out of a critical care unit and had her appointment rescheduled 10 minutes before she was due to arrive!!! She asked to borrow my cell phone to call her insurance company because Tri-County was too cheap to call themselves. Although mine is a prepaid phone with a very limited number of minutes, I felt bad for the woman & let her use it. However, when the woman handed the phone to the receptionist to talk to the insurance company and the conversation started to continue for a few more minutes, I demanded my phone back and told the receptionist to use the office phone (which is what she should have done in the first place.) \r \r I then asked for my co-pay back and left. Will NEVER go back there again! Pros: The professional staff is nice and sympathetic Cons: Inept office staff more

Great Doctor 1/3/2007

This is a very good doctor, she is compassionate and kind. She doesn't fluster easily even with the most difficult patients she has a cool head and a calm voice. The waiting area tends to be a little crowded which can't be helped. The circular configuration of the chairs often turns into impromptu group therapy, which will definately keep you from getting bored while you hide behind your magazine. \r \r They are generous in helping patients get samples of medications. If you can grin and bear it through the waiting room it is highly recommended. There is also the convenience that you can see anyone who practices there. This is great if you need a quick appointment and your doctor has no immediate availability. There are I believe 2 therapists who also fill in for the two doctors. Pros: Compassionate, highly intelligent, generous with samples Cons: Waiting room gets a little too colorful sometimes when it's crowded, some long waits more
