Paid more to move from Farmington Hills to La Quinta and trusted the ""Award Winning"" Rose Moving only to have 3 priceless boxes lost and a joke of settlement given. Listened to Jim Stafford that I didn't need to come back for the move or need to move these valuables myself as they would be in safe hands and make it no problem. When the truck arrived and opened door my wife watched our dining room table base fall the the pavement and crack into pieces. Driver brother should have been taken to hospital for heat stress but no.
When I move again I will never call anyone from Allied or any affliation of Allied and especially not Rose Moving. Don't screw yourself by using them there are other good companies out there. Hope I get to vote on whether they should be award winning or not.
Look at others who had issue. I'm sure someone made out selling my lost priceless sports items for a heck of lot more than they offered me. Also don't be nice to driver count and check the boxes.
This move didn't go as I was told it would our stuff was handled at least twice to reach the truck instead of being loaded directly to truck. Run if this happens to you.
